Make 3D models with this free program
Layne from Lafayette, Louisiana has used AutoCad, a design and drafting software, since 1992. Layne is a draftsman but can’t use the program since he can’t get a code to renew it. Even worse, when he tried to buy it, he saw he had to pay $4,000 just to use it for three years.
I told him to ditch AutoCad and upgrade to SketchUp. It’s fabulous and free. Plus, it’s made by Google, so you know it’s well-made. My own architect used it to help me design my dream home. You can use it to make 3-D models for free right in your browser.
