My husband is planning a luncheon next month for his classmates. We will be taking pictures and will ask the attendees to send us what they take with their phones. I need suggestions on how to distribute them to everyone once I put them together. I don’t do Facebook, Twitter or any of that. I do have Dropbox. If I put it in Dropbox do they need to have an account to view it and can they download and add more pictures. The only other way I have thought of is burning CDs and sending them out.
    Any suggestions?

    Hello Devon,

Dropbox view only links will do the job, this will allow them to view, comment and download the files. They will not have the ability to modify your files if you do the following.

Share a Dropbox link with view-only access
    On dropbox.com

    Sign in to dropbox.com.
Click All files in the left sidebar.
Hover over the file or folder you’d like to share and click the share icon (rectangle with an up arrow).
If a link hasn’t been created, click Create.
If a link has been created, select Can view after Dropbox members with this link, then click Copy link.
The link is copied to your clipboard. You can then paste it into an email, message, or wherever people can access it.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you for your help. I set it up, put a picture in it and sent a test email to someone. It works!
      Thank you so much
