      Hello,
I’m currently a volunteer member of my Home Owner’s Association (HOA) Board of Directors. We are a vacation destination in northern Michigan, and as such many of our property owners (voting members) live elsewhere and either own an undeveloped lot or a home. We also have many year round residents. Our members number less than 5000, and many are retirees. Our HOA has multiple facilities including a main clubhouse with pool and gym, 2 separate beach houses, and a campground. We would like to convert from our current practice of using a laminated card and a paper sign in sheet to a smart phone app for signing in. We also want to be able for members to pay dues with their phone. We would like to get away from the costly process of mailing out thousands of ballots each time there is an election, or a change of rules requires members’ voting on them. We want to convert to digital member communications and voting, to improve the percentage of member input. We would like to better track facility usage, as well as giving members instantly current information on an app on their smart phones or home computers about whether facilities are at maximum capacity, or to reserve a facility or campsite, etc. On searching online, I’ve come across software for HOAs handling paying membership dues, and supporting elections and voting on rule changes. I’ve also found software solutions for health clubs that tracked sign-in, and tracking facility usage. But nothing accomplishing all of these tasks. In summary, We would like to convert from paper to digital in member communication, elections, billing, front desk sign-in, and facility tracking all in one package.
      Any help is greatly appreciated.
