Yellow/Manila Bookmark Folders
“My Google Bookmark Folders are no longer a yellow-manila color. They have all changed to a simple black outline of a folder. How do I get the yellow-manila color back to my folders? These faolders are not in the Bookmarks Bar but in the sidebar after clicking on a bookmark bar icon. Can you please help me? This is driving me crazy!”

I’m seeing the same thing, must have been an update with Google Chrome.
If you pop the bookmarks toolbar are they still the Yellow Manilla color for you? ctrl+shift+b or click the 3 dots in the upper RH corner then hover over bookmarks then click show bookmarks bar.-
Yes, the folders in my bookmark bar are still a yellow/manila color. I feel much better that someone else found they same situation as I did. Thank You for your response.
