That was me and when I realized that they didn’t offer what you needed, I deleted the post. You should be able to take advantage of using Google Voice as an alternative to Text Me to use for 2fa however you cannot use it for your google accounts 2fa. The problem is that a lot of the virtual phone numbers are being blocked from being used to sign up for new accounts. Depending on who your cell phone provider is they may offer a solution like Verizon & At&t does to get around not receiving text messages while out of the country.
