You may just have to keep whittling away at it by using the unsubscribe and spam features, anther thing you can do is fire up a new Google email account and use it to check your spectrum email. Google is pretty good with their spam filtering, with having your Gmail checking your spectrum mail you benefit by having google work it’s spam filters on your spectrum email account. You can also impersonate you spectrum email account from Gmail.
