Boy you have a lot to do. Myself at 73 retired and with grandchildren and too many projects I’m going crazy myself. You mentioned email n if it’s Gmail well they already have cloud storage. You can save all that stuff there for prosperity. If you are an Android user download an app that would help you compile all the stuff you tried to do without relying on spreadsheets, Adobe, ect. that’s the old-fashioned way. Just Google how to save n compile personal memorabilia, or something similar.
