Thanks for visiting us on the forums, what is the make and model of your computer. Do you have any other programs installed that you do not use?

Have you tried to uninstall and then re-install carbonite? Lastly, do you have an external hard drive if we wanted to back everything up and try a clean install of Windows 10?
