The usb HD, Thumb drives and SD cards work fine on other laptops/PCs. I was really was hoping for a less destructive answer such as a regedit change or other setting vs trying to reset to factory setting. That means reinstalling all the other SW once that is accomplished. I also can’t locate the Office 2019 download file I am running but I do have the activation code.
