I told him he could download some audio tracks ahead of time. These audios from MC2 Method are free to play and download for personal use. They’re excellent for sleeping, studying, meditating and more.

Each white noise sample has a max run time of 60 minutes. However, if you loop the playback in your audio player, you can achieve the desired eight to nine hours.
