Hi John.
Been avoiding this issue by not unplugging the microphone…as soon as I do, it doesn’t work and i have to reboot.

Ok so i see:

realtek Audio
Hardware ID: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&ven_10EC&DEV_0899&SUBSYS_102….(CUT OFF)

Is this enough info? WIsh I could send screenshots…
